Unique Custom Cabinetry designs beautiful cabinetry for
all rooms that require specialized storage. The following
is a list of some of the design options we offer.
Standard Bath Design- $359.00
(Greater Cincinnati Area)
* Initial in home consultation up to 1 hour
* One design with one revision-drawings include floor
plan and key elevations.
* Cabinetry and fixtures will be designated by size and
function for competitive bidding purposes
* Your plans will be presented and reviewed in our showroom.
* You will also receive a cabinetry proposal of your
choice of cabinetry.
Plus Level Bath Design - $795.00
(Greater Cincinnati Area)
* Initial in home consultation up to 2 hours
* Space planning includes two different designs with
one revision each - drawings include floor plans, key elevations
and lighting layout.
* Cabinets and fixtures will be designated by size and
function for competitive bidding purposes.
* Your plans will be presented and reviewed in our showroom
and cabinetry details will be discussed.
* Includes shopping trip up to three hours to make selections
such as tile, plumbing fixtures and lighting for a coordinated
design
* You will also receive a cabinetry proposal of your
choice of cabinetry
* Material and labor estimates will be provided (with
the exception of room additions)
Fireplace built-in/Entertainment Center- $359.00

* Initial in home consultation up to 1 hour

* Cabinetry and electronics will be
designated by size and function for competitive bidding
purposes
* Your plans will be presented and reviewed in our showroom.

New Construction Full Package - $1,995.00

Kitchen:
* Space planning includes two different designs for the
kitchen with one revision each - drawings include floor
plans, key elevations and lighting layout.
* Cabinets will be designated by size and function for
competitive bidding purposes.
Master Bath
* One design with one revision-drawings include floor
plan and key elevations.
* Cabinetry and fixtures will be
designated by size and function for competitive bidding
purposes
* Guest Bathes will include a vanity drawing and tile
specifications.
Fireplace built-in/Entertainment Center
* One design with one revision-drawings include floor
plan and key elevations.
* Cabinetry and electronics will be
designated by size and function for competitive bidding
purposes.
Design coordination
* Your plans will be presented and reviewed in our showroom
and cabinetry details will be discussed.
* Includes shopping trip up to 6 hours to make selections
such as appliances, countertops, plumbing fixtures and
tile for a coordinated design
* You will also receive a cabinetry proposal of your
choice of cabinetry in the various areas. If you choose
to purchase your kitchen cabinets through Unique Custom
Cabinetry your kitchen design fee will be credited towards
purchases.
* Material and estimates will be provided. The labor
estimates to be provided by your builder.
